This program includes information from 5 articles published in the Topics of Language Disorders journal October to December 2023 issue. These articles include information that will assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to identify errors that students with language impairments display when writing. SLPs will also be able to describe the SLP's role in assessing writing skills and comparing differences in these writing skills between children with and without developmental language disorders. After completing this continuing education activity you will be able to:

Learning Outcomes
Seventy-five percent of participants will demonstrate knowledge about sentence-level writing skills in children with and without developmental language disorders presented in the 5 articles in the Topics in Language Disorders journal October to December 2023 issue for speech-language pathologists (SLPs) by achieving a minimum score of 80% on the outcomes-based posttest.
