The webinar will explore indemnity and expenses for professional liability claims on behalf of physical therapists insured under the CNA/HPSO program during a five-year period. This program will describe top allegations made against physical therapists in malpractice lawsuits as well as patient injuries and outcomes. Using this information, physical therapists can examine their own current practices in relation to the allegations of malpractice in relation to claims and losses experienced by their peers. Selected claims asserted against physical therapists will be discussed.
