Description

The key to minimizing risk is through risk education. Counselor malpractice data can be used to inform and address areas of clinical improvement as well as improve quality of care and client safety. The presentation will give insights into the most frequent and financially severe claims against counselors. This session will also include claim scenarios and risk recommendations to help create a safe environment for counselors and their clients.
