Collective Occupational Trauma (COT) is a newly identified trauma syndrome. COT, along with burnout and mental health exacerbation has led to increased turnover, unsustainability and quality challenges. The authors identified leadership strategies that can be implemented to acknowledge workforce exposure to COT and implement trauma-informed leadership.
