This course reviews current evidence for narrative discourse intervention after traumatic brain injury (TBI), to guide speech-language pathologist (SLP) practice and research in the future. The course summarizes the components of the studies, describes the role of narratives and their effectiveness in each study and case reviewed, and identifies similarities in treatment approaches.
